Cancellation Policy

New Orders & Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order is placed. You may submit a cancellation request through our support team as soon as possible.

– If your order is successfully canceled after payment but **before** the prescription is sent to a provider or pharmacy, you will receive a refund minus a **$125 administrative fee**.

– If the prescription has already been processed by the pharmacy, no refund will be issued, and you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

– If your medical provider determines that you are not eligible for the prescribed treatment, the product payment will be refunded in full. Any medical review or assessment fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions at Defy Age Rx renew automatically. To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least **48 hours** before the scheduled renewal date. Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect at the end of the current renewed cycle.

To cancel your subscription:

– Log in to your account and navigate to **Manage Subscription**, or

– Use the direct cancellation link provided in your renewal reminder.

Your renewal date is calculated based on the subscription length from your original purchase. Please check the specific product page for exact cycle details.

If a renewed subscription is canceled after payment but before the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy, you may receive a refund minus the **$125 administrative fee**. Once the prescription has been processed by the pharmacy, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Prescription Products

All prescription medications and pharmaceutical products are non-refundable once dispensed by the pharmacy. This includes situations such as side effects, changes in health status, or a provider’s recommendation to stop treatment. This policy is required by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and state regulations.

If you experience any symptoms or have medical concerns, please contact your medical provider through the Patient Portal. For medical emergencies, seek immediate care or call **911**.

Subscription Cancellations During an Active Cycle

Some programs require a minimum commitment period (for example, weight management services may require an initial 3-month commitment). You remain responsible for the full cost of the minimum commitment, whether paid upfront or in installments.

Canceling during an active cycle does not release you from payment obligations for that cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the new cycle.

Presale and Introductory Offers

Presale and introductory purchases are charged in full at the time of order and fulfilled upon receipt of the order. Shipping typically occurs within the timeframe shown at checkout (usually within 30 days).

– supplPresale subscriptions: Special pricing applies only while the subscription remains active. If you cancel, pause, or let the subscription lapse, future orders will be charged at the regular retail price. Locked-in pricing may be forfeited if fulfillment is delayed beyond 90 days as a result of changes.

– Introductory offers: Discounted pricing generally applies only to the first order unless otherwise stated. All future subscription orders will be billed at the standard rate.

Financing Option Changes

If you are using a financing plan and wish to switch to a one-time full payment after a renewal charge, contact our support team within 7 business days of the charge. The remaining balance may then be charged without additional finance fees (if applicable).
